    We will guide you through your first steps with Almirall. Our onboarding program starts once you have decided to accept our offer. Your Manager, your Buddy and your HRBP will be with you along this journey and will support you during your integration process.

  • GET TO KNOW YOUR JOB

    We have an annual performance process where you will define your path with your manager to achieve our business goals together. This process will allow you to set up priorities and expectations for your role and identify opportunities to collaborate with other areas.

  • YOUR DEVELOPMENT

    We encourage our people to push themselves. Our self-awareness program is the starting point to help you plan a development career journey. You will own your professional growth. Among numerous options, we offer training sessions, mentoring and Leadership Development Programs to inspire you to learn and grow with us.

How we hire

You will need to apply for the specific job position. The application should take no more than 5 minutes. If it is your first application, you will need to register and then apply for the job. You can attach your CV in a PDF or Word format. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means your application may not have been submitted. If you log into your account, you will be able to see any draft applications. If your application is still in draft, you just need to submit it.

English is the main working language at Almirall. We therefore invited you to submit your application in English, although you may use any of the official local languages when applying.9

We recommend including in your CV the most relevant aspects for the specific job. Nonetheless, you also have the option to attach other documents in your application. In any case, if you are invited for an interview, we will ask you for complementary information as necessary.

You will receive an email confirming your application has been received. A member of our HR team will review your CV and if your experience is compatible with what we are looking for, we will contact you. If your profile does not fit with the core requirements of the role, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Usually, if your application moves forward, you should hear from us within 30 days. If not, your profile will remain in our database for future opportunities.

We use a variety of assessment methods and the interview process can vary depending on the role. In order to find the best talent, we have designed a robust process to guarantee the utmost objectivity and accuracy in choosing the right candidate. Usually, you will have interviews with HR, the Hiring Manager and Key Stakeholders. Our HR team will provide you all the relevant details of the process in advance and they will keep you updated during the process.

We conduct interviews according to our values and competencies model. We will therefore ask about specific situations you have experienced during your professional career. We encourage you to think about real examples to share with us during the interview. Hearing about how you managed certain situations in the past will help us predict how you would manage them in the future. During the interviews, we also discuss the most important technical aspects of the position.

We want this process to be an enriching experience, so we encourage you to be yourself. Try to be concise and organize your presentation during the interview. This will make the meeting smooth and pleasant.
